Intercontinental Bali Resort – Lunch at Jimbaran Gardens

During our trip to Bali, we drop by Intercontinental Bali Resort for a lunch at their Jimbaran Gardens Restaurant. Located beside their gorgeous pool, the restaurant is traditionally designed in a Balinese-style dining pavilion with alfresco setting.

Diners are spoil with tranquil beach and Jimbaran Bay view in this casual all day dining restaurant at Intercontinental Bali Resort. The calm sea breeze makes the restaurant more relaxing.

We ordered a JR Seafood Barbecued that comes with succulent char grilled prawns, squid and fresh barramundi with sambal and also a slow braised tender pork belly with rice. The bbq seafood were fresh and tasty while the slow braised pork belly was so tender yet packed with all the delicate flavours.

At Jimbaran Gardens, they make their own varieties of sorbet such as Charcoal, Dragon Fruit, Coconut, Pandan, Mango. Definitely this section is guests favourite especially kids as constantly guests are queuing up to order.

After our meal, we ordered several flavors to try and it was very tasty and smooth. The sorbet proves refreshing especially on a hot day in Bali. Ideally we can also enjoy the sorbet by the relaxing pool.

The meal at Jimbaran Gardens, Intercontinental Bali Resort were pleasant, service were great and helpful. Hopefully our next trip to Bali will be spent staying at this luxury hotel as well.
