Madison Steakhouse, Anantara Siam Bangkok

There’s never lack of restaurant choices in Bangkok, the only thing that might lack is your appetite. However not all restaurants are equal which sparks our quest to seek the best restaurant to indulge in gourmet food every time we visit Bangkok.

Madison Steakhouse located in the prestigious Anantara flagship hotel – Anantara Siam Bangkok features a menu revolving around prime meat dishes & exquisite seafood.

We arrived the place starving, but was captivated by the ambiance & vibes of Aqua bar which prompted us to have some cocktails before dinner.

Though it does not match the glamorous likes of Lebua Skybar or Vertigo & Moon Bar, yet the regular patrons specifically drop in for their favourite cocktails or to chill & mingle with close friends. Nothing pretentious, only solid yet refined cocktails, great music with genuine companions over here.

Reservation is recommended as all seats were taken when we arrived. Another highlight at Aqua is that we can order any food from any restaurants in Anantara Siam Bangkok giving much flexibility for every guests to dine as they prefer.

The lobster bisque was amazing, every sip of the soup is packed with condensed flavour of lobster which makes you wonder how much lobsters is used to achieve this intensity of the soup.

Madison Steakhouse serves only certified antibiotic & hormone free Australian Wagyu from award winning ranches. The main highlight of our entire meal is definitely the 700gm Tomahawk, a must order in this restaurant.

Cooked to perfection according to our preference, our medium rare Tomahawk Wagyu was flavorful & very tender due to the high density of nice marbling & juicy with a great outer crust.

With its portion fit for 3 or 4 pax, we even manage to finished all of it shows how delicious the steak was. It definitely was a perfect meal at Madison Steakhouse.
