Indulging in our own private pool villa is something we always look forward during holidays in exotic islands such as Koh Samui or Bali. With fewer guests to serve, a greater stay experience is usually warranted when staying in villas hotel.
Kanda Residences Samui offers 36 luxurious pool villa residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms that comes with its own private pool, separate living and dining space as well as full kitchen facilities.
The luxury hotel is located 15 mins away from the famed Chaweng Beach & nestled with its own private beach providing the ultimate luxury retreat for couples, friends & families.

We were promptly picked up by the hotel’s shuttle van to the hotel where we were greeted with warm smiles, cold towels, refreshing welcome drinks & their 2 adorable teddy bear mascot.
After checking in the hotel, we were guided to our luxury villa. The villa in Kanda Residences is much bigger than other hotels with 2 floors whereby the living room & kitchen is located on ground floor & the master bed room is on the 2nd floor.
What amazed us was the villa was even more fully equipped than our house with oven, microwave, utensils, cutlery, washing machine, dryer.

Cozy yet elegance in design, the traditional Thai decor bedroom is to die for. The abundant space in our villa puts other competitors in shame. The ensuite bathroom even has a large bathtub with double vanity, separate rain shower & toilet cubicle.
Our balcony pool villa has a higher vantage point providing a panoramic view of the Thai Gulf from the balcony. Also free wifi is available throughout the hotel.

The spa at Kanda Residences focuses on Thai Wellness treatments using the methodology taught at the renowned Wat Pho Temple in Bangkok which believes by manipulating the pressure points along the energy lines will stimulates the flow of internal energy throughout the body eliminating toxins and restoring the body to its natural balance.
We tried the Kanda Signature massage which combines traditional Thai massage techniques with aroma therapy that induces deep relaxation while relieves aches & sore pain accumulated throughout the body.

Seafood Set with Lobster
The seafood set with Lobster is a must order! For only 4700 baht, it comes with a generous portion of 2 Canadian Lobster, 1 whole fried sea bass, 6 tiger prawns, 2 blue crabs, Fried Squid, Fried Rice, Stir Fried Vegetables & Tropical Fruits that could easily feed 4 pax.
It was so delicious that both of us actually finished eating all of them. Also the Thai cuisine in Rockpool is top notched, worth the trip to try it.

Feeling lazy to have our breakfast in the restaurant, we decided to order breakfast in our villa instead. A good variety of choice of Thai & Western breakfast is available to order one day before & will be delivered to our villa following the time request thus allowing us to enjoy the sumptuous breakfast at our own paced in the villa.

Services in Kanda Residences Samui were top notched, where staffs greets us often & willing to go extra miles to make our stay more comfortable.
What we enjoy most during our stay is definitely the luxury spacious villa & since the villas has up to 4 bedrooms, the hotel is suitable for intimate couples or group of friends. Would certainly hope to stay with friends here next round.
There are one or 2 shuttle service to Chaweng Beach from the hotel, hopefully they can increase the frequency so hotel guests have the flexibility to visit Chaweng or coming back to this luxury retreat.
