As I will be away for work this Valentines day, we managed to celebrate earlier thanks to the arrangement from Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur team thus allowing us to share our experience especially if you are planning to celebrate there.

The 5 course Valentines dinner is exclusively available on Tuesday, 14 February 2017 at a price of RM488 per couple at Gobo Upstairs.

Valentines Day Romantic Table Set Up

Warming Heart

Pacific Oyster with caviar, lemon essence, gazpacho vodka shots

How Love Feels

Seafood Mosaic – Marinated scallop, shrimps, smoked salmon, crab, avocado salad with cilantro dressing

Liquid Love

Roma Tomato Soup with Ravioli, Mascarpone cheese, Bread stick & Basil essence

You & Me Forever

Beef Rossini – Black Angus Tenderloin, Foie Gras, Colcannon Potatoes, Spinach, Asparagus & Périgord sauce

OR

You & Me Forever

Rack of Lamb with Garlic, Herbs, Colcannon Potatoes, Spinach, Asparagus & Périgord sauce

Sweet MomentI Love You

Raspberry Petit Gateau

If you have hard time choosing one of the main dish, I do recommend the Rack of Lamb which was awesomely tender & juicy. However for foie gras lover, the melt in your mouth creamy foie gras and solid steak is to die for. For both mains, medium rare is highly recommended.
