Upon being greeted by Roberto Visaggio the restaurant manager, he led us to our seat. Cheerful & friendly, Roberto promises to surprise us with our dinner.
Antipasti : Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Avocado Guacamole, Organic tomatoes with Cherry vinaigrette dressing & fresh Basil (THB 575)
We started with antipasti of seared Hokkaido Scallops, fresh and large in size, the scallops are perfectly seared, retaining the moist & juice in the middle. The avocado guacamole & tomato smoothen the flavor and adds subtle taste to the dish.
First Course : Risotto topped with Foie Gras, Porcini Mushrooms & Balsamic reduction (THB 850)
The creamy foie gras was delightful and pairs really well with the flavorful carnaroli rice. Each spoonful is heavenly delicious, couldnt have enough of it.
Main : Baked Black Cod fillet with White Asparagus, Sicilian couscous & Black Mussel Sauce (THB 900)
Black Cod fillet was well baked, as pretty as the dish looks, the taste is divine.
Dessert : Grandmother’s Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream (THB 300)
The dessert doesnt disappoint as well, the rich chocolate cake will be greatly celebrated by chocolate lovers with its dense and bittersweet taste that overwhelm your body & soul.
