The team at 25 Degrees has created this limited-edition treat to delight all burger lovers in town. Starting with a succulent 60 days dry-aged Australian Black Angus tomahawk patty, the burger is stacked with generous shavings of French Autumn truffle, mushroom fricassée, Comté cheese, cranberry onion jam, and beer-battered fried onion rings.
All these sharp and aromatic flavors are sandwiched between soft and fluffy house-baked brioche buns, made with 100% single origin chocolate from Chumphon. The Truffle Maker Burger is priced at THB 750++ and exclusively available throughout December.
