All AirAsia passengers who have a credit account issued before June 30 2021, will be automatically extended to three years from the date of issuance.
Apart from using the credit account to purchase AirAsia flights, the credit can also be used to purchase baggage allowances, seat selection, in-flight meals and insurance, government taxes and fees as well as other optional services.
The credit account is also not limited to the person on the original booking and can be used to pay for other people’s flights for further flexibility in a statement issued by Adam Geneave, the Chief Customer Happiness Officer AirAsia.
